Why do i ovulate but dont conceive?

Multiple processes: Conception requires multiple processes to all come together perfectly. Ovulation with an egg being released, intercourse within the appropriate window of time, sperm motility and quantity must be sufficient to reach the egg, the fertilized egg must travel through the fallopian tubes into the uterus and implant. Remove stressors, eat nutritious foods, exercise/rest. It will happen.
