Be careful: There are many reasons gums bleed. I noticed you take ibuprofen--are you over doing it? Taking it for headaches or something else? There's a difference between head or mouth pain and headache. It's important to get evaluated by your family doctor. He will need to decide what to do next. 2 separate problems: I think we are dealing with 2 separate problems. Firstly, your gum bleeding is due to periodontitis and/or gingivitis. Spontaneous gum bleeding usually indicated a symptom of severe gingivitis. Series of periapical radiographs would allow for the definitive diagnosis of periodontitis. Finally, the headache probably due to several other factors, medical and/or dental related.
