UTI?: A swollen, itchy urethra in a 14 month old female can be due to a Urinary tract infection. A pediatrician should see her in person to evaluate the cause, extent and seriousness of the urethritis and an appropriate treatment course. Keep the area clean and dry and do not use creams or powders.
