Seek in person care: If you think you are having a heart attack tell someone in ZA about your symptoms. Try to get to a medical center, hospital . Do you have a doctor there you can call? Get an ambulance or friend to drive you to medical center or hospital. This type of pain can be confused with stomach ulcers and other issues. So it is important to seek medical attention in person at a hospital.
