That's easy, if...: If a woman has regular periods, we just assume she gets pregnant 2 weeks after starting her last menstrual period, which would be Feb. 22 plus or minus one week, in this case. That means Feb.15-29. Of course, nobody in the world knows her exact conception moment or day, if she has a natural pregnancy (not in vitro from a lab). "Exact" dates almost never matter in typical married couples' lives.
