You're old enough: If you're in the US, you're not too young to get care on your own. All states have laws permitting doctors and clinics to evaluate and treat young persons (age 12-14, depending on the state) for STDs without parent or guardian approval. But even these laws may not be necessary; apparently you're over 18, which makes you an independent adult for health care purposes. Get care soon!
