Urinary retention: May have benign prostatic hypertrophy- BPH ( usually no pain) May also be infection- urethritis. Would follow up today w/MD for testing for infection as will need antibiotics , and then follow up with urologist for assessment of BPH. and PSA as at 47 have to check for prostate cancer
