Moisturizers: Most important treatment is moisturizing, either with white unscented lotions or creams as treatment and prevention,or with a moisturizing ointment(Aquaphor in the US).The other factor is possible food allergy,so it's important to evaluate if eczema is worse with certain foods. If prevention isn't helping, next step is treating with mild hydrocortisone cream. Please contact child's doc if not better.
