Both effective: The morning after pill and nuristerate injections are composed of hormones that help to prevent pregnancy. If you are using the nuristerate injections regularly, they are very effective on their own and there is no need for morning after pill. Excess hormone while using both may result in dizziness/nausea, spotting or breakthrough bleeding, increased acne, weight gain, headaches, blood clots.
