This lump looks like it's on the right side of my uterus and is causing sharp pains down my leg.

Cloudy urine: 2 issues. Possible bladder infection and vaginal infection. Call your gynecologist and have cultures done. Not sure what the lump is. An ultrasound could help define it better. Something is pressing on the nerve causing you leg pain.
