My eye area is red, itchy and swollen. i bought eucerin atocontrol acute care cream, it immediately helped with the itching and tightness but then seemed to make it worse. please can you help?

Red,swollen,itchy: Don't apply anything in your eyes unless it's for ophthalmic use. Itchy,swollen eyes are usually caused by an allergic reaction to something that came in contact with them. Apply cool compresses but if no improvement, see your MD or an ophthalmologist for evaluation of pink eye, inflammation and/or allergic reaction.
