My son, 4, myself and husband seems to have what i can only assume is ringworm. we took my son to a dr about a month ago as he had it on his scalp but is now spreading. we have been using coravex - is there anything else we can use?

Some basics: When/if a fungus (ringworm) is on the scalp it is located deep within the hair root. Topical creams/lotions do not penetrate deep enough into the skin to cure it. In most cases up to a month of prescription oral anti-fungal meds are required. There are a variety of skin issues that can mimic ringworm. If good treatments don't work it is likely not.
