Burning while urinating, puss discharge, blood in urine. started 20 days ago. already 2 antibiotics failed. cephradine 7 days and nitrofurantoin 7 days. but symptoms keep coming back again just after finishing courses. i didn't have sex with anyone.

Questions to ask: A guy in his 20's who did not resolve his dysuria, pyuria, hematuria (medical terms for pain on urination, puss in the urine, and blood in the urine) after antibiotics has these questions to ask himself: what did my doctor's exam of my body and genitals show, what did my urinalysis show, what did a urine culture show (any resistant bacteria)? Beyond that, there are viral and non-infectious causes.
