History of allergic rhinitis for 6 years, under control now. i don't know why but my memory is getting low. can't recall names, things, tasks. it takes time to recall.but i am not spontaneous as i used to be.please advise me any medication ?

Depends on factors : Depends on several factors. Your age. Family history of alzheimers. Any strokes or vascular disease. Type of antihistamines used. I would avoid older antihistamines such as Benadryl or chlortrimeton. Avoid alcohol. See a doctor and get b12 and thyroid hormone levels. If you are on antidepressants that needs to be addressed as well
