Ophthalmologist: I recommend consulting an ophthalmologist for diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. I'm concerned that this dacryocystitis which is an inflammation/infection of the teardrop duct and sac, often caused by a blocked duct. In the meantime apply warm compresses.
