My husband is diabetic. before his diagnosis of diabetes i have one boy and lost a girl. now try to conceive since 5 years but in vain. is this necessary to have hsg test?

HSG: checks tubal factor, sometimes the tubes get blocked by infection without being aware. So can be done to rule out blocked tubes.
