my daughter (7) has a vaginal infection, the vagina inside is red and a bit of a dryness and redness outside the vagina. there are also pimple like red bumps on the upper inner thigh and buttock area. what could this be?

Take her to MD: Take your daughter to the Pediatrician(MD) for evaluation. The most common cause for this issue is insertion of a foreign body into the vagina or sexual assault.
