No worry: The lesions you describe sound like blocked follicles and that is pretty normal. The one that's reddened may be an infected hair follicle. If they are painful, enlarge, or become more frequent, please get them checked by your family doctor or gyn. In this case, one look or a "picture is worth a 1000 words."
