I have liletta iud (on year 4 of 5), i feel like im starting to get pms symptoms and i also get brown spotting occasionally. is this normal?

As the life : span of the IUD progresses, some decrease in cycle control can occur. This does not mean the contraceptive effect has decreased. Another possible cause, is formation of ovarian cysts, possibly polycystic ovaries. Testing and exam could be considered.
