Past 3 days i've had pain in my lower right rib. i also have light headedness even while sitting and i'm tired alot more often than usual. inhaling hurts my ribs. had a soft knot on it about 3 ribs up from bottom. feel hot all the time?

RIb bruise/mass: I would suggest placing local heat on the ribs and taking Tylenol. Monitor your temperature, drink fluids and if you are still dizzy, please see urgent care. You may have an injury of the ribs and as you breathe, there is associated pain.
