Call/see your ob: 'lightning crotch' is a common symptom during pregnancy, may denote descent of head deeper into the pelvis, however if accompanied by the other symptoms you mentioned, better call or see your doctor for evaluation, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
