Vaginal swelling: I think you indicated your vaginal is swollen and there is burning when urinating. Any itching? Could be yeast infection, or another form of vaginitis(bacterial vaginosis or chlamydia) or strep infection or swollen /abscess ( large infection with pus) bartholin cyst . May also have a urinary tract infection at the same time. Go to doctor/ ob-gyn as if abscess will need to be opened.
