Dehydration/electrol: The most common cause of dizziness in adults is some level of dehydration/ electrolyte imbalance. Start there. Drink water or an electrolyte replacement solution, and eat something light. Reassess after 30 minutes. if dizziness persists, it could be indicative of something more severe. Contact your Dr at this point.
