Health department?: It looks like you are from outside USA so things may be different there. Here in USA the local health departments usually have flu vaccine, as do the urgent care centers & primary care offices. But many pharmacies also have & administer flu vaccines . We do not have information on your local resources but perhaps ask a local pharmacist
