Soap on toothbrushes: Typical bath soap, hand soap, or any usual bathing products are not considered harmful, whether they be on a toothbrush or not. If worried, one can rinse his toothbrush in clean tapwater. Most people would not think about these things, and thus not worry at all.

Dangerous? : No, not dangerous. But if your toothbrush is 3 months old, toss it and spring for a new one. And don't forget to floss and see your Dentist regularly.
