4 grams/24hours max: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is toxic to the liver when taken in excess, but most people can take maximum of 4000 Mg daily (2 500 mg tabs every 6 hours). You could alternate that with up to 800 mg of ibuprofen every 6-8 hours with food if absolutely necessary . Cool compresses to the skin can also help Definitely wear sunscreen in the future, at least 30 SPF
