Gastroenterologist: These symptoms are characteristic of mucus colitis or irritable bowel syndrome but if the stools appear greasy, gluten sensitivity or pancreatic insufficiency with malabsorption are other possibilities. I don't believe that an enlarged spleen is associated with these disorders. I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist. Appropriate testing will be done in order to make a diagnosis and treat you.
