Bloody mucus in stool once, clear colonoscopy other than internal hems. bloody mucus in stool again this time with stomach pain. what could it be?

Possible IBS: or intestinal infection/inflammation. Call your GI for further evaluation and treatment. Avoid all NSAIDS, aspirin. alcohol and acidic fruits ( citrus) until you are seen, exmined and evaluated.
