Hi dr,kindly advise i am using contraceptive pill (fermoden) and my menstruation circle is not normal. every month i see my periods twice a month two weeks after the other.last monthmarch i saw my period on the 25 and 10th and this month start 22 .

Breakthrough: bleeding is common with the pill, and is not harmful, or a sign that pill is ineffective for contraception. Terrible nuisance, though, talk to your doctor as this can be remedied.
