I have a small soft movable lump in my left breast that isn't symmetrical in the other. is this normal or should all breast tissue be exactly symmetrical? i have the same type of lumpy/bumpy tissue in both breasts just not symmetrical is this normal?

Breast tissue: doesn't have to be symmetrical but your description suggests changes, a possible solid component called a fibroma. Keep checking with your doctor and if grows needs to be rechecked, even if stable in the past.
