Aspirin: If one is having a true heart attack from a blockage in a coronary artery, advice is to take an adult strength noncoated aspirin. If only low dose coated aspirin is available, chew and swallow 3 of them. If you're concerned about certain symptoms, notify your physician for instructions as you may be needlessly worried especially in view of your young age.
