Need more info : Is it In the forehead above the eye? Is it pulsating or steady and vice like? Do you have any visual changes or other symptoms? What seems to bring it along and what seems to give you relief? Do you have sinus problems including postnasal drip and nasal discharge? Does it hurt when you tap on the area? Without other symptoms including neurologic ones you are probably OK
