Recent blood work, everything within normal range except ast =11 u/l. could i get an explaination on the meaning of this, and should i be concerned about this?

Multivitamin: AST of 11 is not abnormal per se. It may reflect a deficiency of pyridoxine and could be easily corrected by taking a multivitamin. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Wish you good health!
