Maybe: If your growth centers remain open you may, if they have closed you are done. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can reveal if you have growth potential left. If your x-ray shows your bone maturity to equal or lag behind your chronological age you may grow even taller.If your bone maturity has accelerated past your present age you may be done growing.
