I have thoracic back pain (upper back). it started due to lack of stretching after gym, i have stopped gym for 1 month now and seeing a physio. the pain goes 8/10 after sitting 20 min, and hasn't improved at all, i'm 17. how can i relieve it? thanks.

Back pain : I have seen thousands of spinal pain cases. I can't tell you how important an in-person examination from an experienced functional spine specialist (chiropractor, physical medicine doctor) is needed to help you. Therapy takes time to work. In my experience may people do more benches presses or pushes up compared to pull up which causes contracted pectorals and chronic strains on the upper back.
