Hi there. i got the 3 month injection in december, was due in march however due to having a baby and lock down i missed it. i had 4 days of pms cramping, 1 day bright res spotting and now my boobs hurt. i havnt tested yet?

If not using: a backup contraceptive, could be pregnant, a urine test could be reassuring. If not pregnant, this could ovulation hormone changes starting back up, and now be sure to use condoms or other contraception method.
