I'm swelling between my breasts in chest area any idea what it could be?

Hard to say: Swelling can be due to inflammation, allergic reaction(any new lotions/soaps? any itching or rash?) infection (usually painful when pressed), trauma/injury (anything of that nature?) Any breast changes/pain that could be related? If no trauma/pain/fever you could try warm compresses & perhaps an antihistamine for a few days & see Dr if no change
