Possible strain: If the pain is only present when wearing heels it is likely that a ligament or muscle is being strained during that time. If you can avoid wearing the heels that is best (& if not better see Dr), but doing some ankle ligament strengthening exercises (check online) can help, plus ice to the area after wearing heels
