I do martial arts, its been an year since i got this low kick to my leg and it hurts so bad when i get kicked. i feel great but when i train and get kicked to that part of leg i feel lick a niddle is going throigh my leg, i train 6 hours aday. ?

Take it easy: While exercise is good, but 6 hours/day is too much. Reduce you physical activity and give your body time to heal. Wish you good health!
