Im 19, 59 240pounds. i have severe chronic pain making me unable to exercise. just walking is a struggle. im very uncomfortable in my body and i want to lose weight. what are some things that could help me loose weight without exercise or surgery?

See Dr. and eat less: Our bodies are in balance. If we eat more calories than we use, we gain weight. If we eat FEWER calories than we use, we lose weight. (People who stay the same weight eat more than they use on some days, and less than they use on other days; but it averages out over time, so that they are eating and using the same number of calories.) Eating fewer calories than needed - always drops the weight.
