Hello, my little 4 years old, 13 kg, this morning woke up with cold an fever, 38.2c. i made her aerosol with clenil and 3ml physiological.

Clenil: Is a steroid drug and unless she takes it everyday for asthma, will likely not be effective. The saline may help to drain her nose. Treat her fever with acetaminophen or Ibuprofen and her nasal congestion with gentle saline. If she is wheezing there are better rescue drugs to help, such as salbutamol. Have her seen by her doctor if this is a concern. I hope she feels better.
