Likely not: Recurrent boils are more likely a reflection of an invasive staph that resides quietly in your nasal cavities & spreads to your skin surface when you scratch. Triple antibiotic 2X/d at the front of your nose may stop this as may 1 cup of bleach in bathwater daily for a week. Some may require oral antibiotics to end nasal carriage of staph.
