Speak w prescriber: You have a concerned practitioner who,has considered the medical history given, and additional,problems of ED. That said, blood pressure concerned are warranted, and post coital headache is more common in your situation. I suspect your concerns go beyond immediate side effects, and you may want to discuss those with a psychologist familiar with ED problems as well. Good luck!
