Several causes : Assume you mean menstrual bleeding. Stress can cause irregular bleeding, & sometimes infections can do this, or hormone changes like thyroid or estrogen changes. Pregnancy is unlikely if you have had a sterilization procedure. If no unusual pain or fever you can wait & see what happens over next 1-2 cycles & call Dr if recurrent problem .
