Period was a month ago then i had a light pink spotting 1/2nd april nothing since, started getting little lower back and normal cramps discharge is clear then turns white but im not pregnant & no sti what else could this be?

If no chance of: pregnancy. Likely delayed ovulation, from polycystic ovarian syndrome/insulin resistance, or hypothyroidism, to name a few possible reasons.
