Other symptoms?: If this has been slowly progressing feels like it’s adherent to the overlying skin & is firm but not rock hard, it could just be upper of abdominal fat but if you have any other symptoms such as weight loss or a discrete mass, see a HC prov. Most common is subcutaneous fat
