Delayed period: could be an effect of the morning after pill, or later ovulation. Recheck pregnancy test if no period in one week. See your doctor if cycle become irregular.

Some basics: The cited average wait for a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with a range of a few weeks to 1 year. The morning after pill will affect your system for now, but will fade within weeks. I wouldn't expect to get pregnant on your first attempts. If you couldn't after a year of trying a consultation for both on fertility would be a next step.
