Hard to guess: The old rule of 3's may or may not apply. You can go 3 minutes without oxygen, 3 days without water & 3 weeks without food. A lot would depend on ancillary factors like pre-existing health, weight, environment, etc. It would not be a good way to diet, since most who fast overindulge later & get heavier. It could have long term negative effects on various organ systems.
