Not likely: The hemorrhoids are responding to the anal/vaginal stimulation with engorgement from the blood flow and simply exiting from inside the anal canal Those same nerves contribute to the "pulses" down the rectum. Endometriosis can be evaluated by a GYN MD if you still have concerns.
