I have a tight pressure like feeling in my chest on top of my left breast. 30-40min. was woken up by it. my breathing is normal and am moving normally. no other pain anywhere else?

See your doctor: Pain may be from various causes eg heart, lung, stomach (indigestion) or muscles. However, cardiac pain should be ruled out as soon as possible as this may lead to a heart attack. See your doctor as soon as possible.
